PLAYCATION: Animal Flow + Açaí
saturday, may 31 · 9:00am
led by aaron, st. pete calisthenics | brunch by oakberry + home appétit
Animal Flow meets avo toast — welcome to your new Saturday ritual.
Reconnect with your body through movement that’s grounded, curious, and just the right kind of wild. This class is your invitation to step off the mat and into something new — a fun, mobility-focused movement practice that draws from yoga, gymnastics, and primal locomotion. Aaron of St. Pete Calisthenics will guide you through the basics of Animal Flow in a session that’s playful, energizing, and open to all levels.
After class, we’ll ride the tropical vibe straight into brunch: açaí bowls by Oakberry St. Pete, an avocado toast bar by Home Appetite, and time to lounge or take a dip in the pool.
→ includes class, brunch, pool access
→ 10 spots max | $50 per guest
(included in Saturday Day Pass & Full Weekend Pass)
ABOUT AARON: With a background in pre-habilitation practices and post injury rehab, Aaron has a knack for working around injuries in order to help anyone become the athlete they have always wanted to be, at any age, thanks to his Exercise Science degree from Florida State University and over a decade of work experience. He focuses his efforts on bodyweight training (calisthenics), learning Animal Flow (a ground-based movement system designed to improve the HUMAN ANIMAL), as well as soon becoming a TFC Pro with The Foot Collective (a group dedicated to restoring natural foot function to the masses through fun-forward balance training). All of these aim at high functionality to aid in graceful longevity!
