oma yoga & wellness | nana cabana

No passport, no planning — just a beach reset done right. This afternoon excursion invites you to take a real pause: a curated coastal setup with shaded lounging, gentle movement, and goodies to nourish you. Anna of Oma Yoga & Wellness will guide a slow, flowing practice designed to awaken sacral energy and soften the nervous system. After class, cool off under our specialty curated Nana Cabana, enjoying light bites and lingering by the water as long as you'd like.

This event is designed to offer a moment of true relaxation and connection. We’re committed to making wellness experiences like this one more accessible to everyone—because mindful movement, nourishing food, and shared joy are everyone’s birthright. By offering this donation-based class in a beautiful, natural setting, we hope to create a space where both locals and visitors can come together to move, recharge, and experience the restorative power of community. At The Grounded Nomad Co., we believe in supporting local partnerships and honoring the time, energy, and talents of our collaborators while keeping our offerings open to as many people as possible.

→ includes yoga class, beach setup, light bites
→ bring your own mat or towel for practice
→ suggested donation: $15-$30

(included in the Saturday Day Pass or Full Weekend Pass)

ABOUT ANNA: Anna is a warm, welcoming, passionate student of life & lover of the earth. She’s a RYT 500-hour teacher trained in Varkala, Kerala, South India (based in Sivananda & B.K.S Iyengar hatha & ashtanga, restorative & gentle flows, Himalayan traditions in pranayama & meditation, and Ayurvedic foundations). In personalized healing sessions, she intuitively combines all of the deeply rooted ancient Vedic techniques and knowledge she’s acquired to cater towards each individual’s needs – both physically & energetically. She creates a safe space for others to bring awareness to sensations throughout the body during their practice or healing session, while utilizing pranic energy to move through any arising discomfort: physically, mentally, or emotionally.
