I had the best time at Floral Frequencies! It was such a great way to meet other locals with similar interests in wellness and creativity. We were greeted with the cutest charcuterie and snacks, followed by a beautiful yoga and sound session, and ended with a creative activity where we connected with others and made art. I highly recommend booking an experience with The Grounded Nomad Co. Devon recently hosted a Blue Zones luncheon, attended by me as well as a diverse group of other people of all ages. The lunch seminar was informative, the food was delicious, and the sound bath was relaxing. Devon has great insights, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Devon also exudes a kind, laid-back and positive light, which fits in perfectly with all kinds of people.
