I had the best time at Floral Frequencies! It was such a great way to meet other locals with similar interests in wellness and creativity. We were greeted with the cutest charcuterie and snacks, followed by a beautiful yoga and sound session, and ended with a creative activity where we connected with others and made art. Such a fun and fulfilling two hour experience!
